It is quite evident that poker is deep rooted in the minds and hearts of several US citizens. One important factor about poker is that the human element is greatly involved and that’s reason enough to have online poker legal in the United States.
The logic in this case is that in order to play the game fully and effectively, it has to involve a person and the cards as well, if it was an exclusive card game, then it would truly be a game of luck.
